Hot Stove Society Features Duke’s Mission to Save Wild Salmon

By Hot Stove Society

In a recent episode of the Hot Stove Society Radio Show, Seattle chef and restaurateur Tom Douglas sat down with Duke Moscrip of Duke’s Seafood and Heather Andersen of Damsel Cellars to talk about a cause close to all of their hearts: protecting the Pacific Northwest’s dwindling wild salmon populations.

During the conversation, they discussed how the Dukes Damsel on a Train Foundation was created to fund and support salmon restoration efforts throughout the region. They also shared the exciting news that every glass of wine from Damsel Cellars, ordered at any of the six Duke’s Seafood restaurants, contributes $1 directly to the foundation’s work. It’s a simple way to enjoy a great meal and great wine while making a real difference for the future of wild salmon.
